Daniel Bronder is a former university of Glasgow Genetics student. He did volunteering in national cancer institute in USA in between his degree and proceeded to do PhD in the University of Manchester. He is now working in a cancer center as a postdoctoral fellow.
In the 2022 version of the flagship review “The hallmarks of cancer” fourteen cell autonomous and non-cell autonomous processes have been highlighted. One of them is genomic instability which encapsulates mutations on the nucleotide level and copy number changes in the scale from kilobases to whole chromosomes.
